Nicola Burrows Managing Director Nikki Burrows is one of the Founders & Directors of Heyllo. She is responsible for heading up the New Recruitment, Learner Find and Consultancy Business, where she has firmly established experience of over 23 years. Upon graduation she spent a year in the Pharmaceutical Sales before entering into the Recruitment Industry. Working in Corporate recruitment firms went on to Set up and Managed WorkWise Personnel Limited, before the acquisition to Education Specialist Learning Curve Group 2015. Nikki joined the Group as Board member and Client Services Director of which she worked to integrate the two businesses. This experience gave her the appetite to co-found Heyllo, and use her entrepreneurial skills to “start again” and develop a dynamic recruitment offering and a personal collaborative approach with employers. Her experience in Learner find and Recruitment and her successful track record makes her a partner of choice ! If Nikki isn’t in one of our meeting rooms interviewing candidates or out of the office meeting clients, you will hear her leading from the front on the sales floor. |
Rob Kleiser Commercial Director A confident, strategic operator with over 20 years of progressive experiences within the formal education and commercial learning and development (L&D) sector. A passion for growing talent across all levels of business, by enhancing capabilities to impact short- and long-term strategic objectives. Rob has a unique background, including a thorough understanding of the education sector, extensive experience of organisational development (OD) and strategic capabilities within the commercial L&D environment. Rob developed his trade, as part of senior teams for large training providers, by helping the training providers to solve client’s workforce solutions. He used these experiences and insights to create his own successful consultancy in 2017, with a simple purpose in mind; to support large companies with OD, Talent and L&D. He has since been able to provide solutions for companies such as the Premier League, Bellway Homes, TATA Consultancy and other corporate clients. |
Fabian Jozefczyk Marketing Director Fabian is a high energy, results-driven and client focused marketer with a track record in business consulting, digital marketing and communication. Fabian have spent many years leading and servicing European and Global Accounts for many high-profile clients. Until recently, he was the Business Director at Kin+Karta London, leading Lexus digital strategy and delivery across 29 counties. He helped optimise the digital design and build process for their new pan European digital platform. He was also Global client partner for Mazda during which time he developed in depth expertise in brand building, digital marketing, multi-channel strategy and complex stakeholder management. Over the years he was fortunate to work across a wide spectrum of industries such as Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Hospitality and Automotive. He also serviced many leading companies such as Lexus, GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, Nestle, InterContinental Hotel Group, Centrica, BNP Paribas, Jaguar, and Mazda. Originally from central France, Fabian holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from Clermont-Ferrand Institute of Technology, an MSC in Business Studies from Aston Business School and a Creative Diploma from the University of the Arts, London. |
