The compliance test is made up of a series of questions covering industry legislation. The number of questions depends on the type of recruitment carried out. The test has been designed so that agencies can only pass if they achieve at least 80% and answer all ‘red flag’ questions correctly - these questions relate to the placement of candidates who work with vulnerable people.
